Thank You!

Your child has been successful registered for our Afterschool program.

Here's some information to help you get the most out of your club experience.

What are the club hours?

For Fall 2025, the Evanston Youth Club is open afterschool from 3pm to 5:30pm, Monday through Thursday. The club is closed Fridays this session.

Students receiving rides home from the club are typically dropped off between 5:40-6:10pm. Students being picked up at the club must be picked up between 5:30 and 5:45pm.

What do kids do at the club?

We believe in providing a fun, safe, and structured environment for our youth members. After school youth have free time, enrichment, homework help, and snack. After snack they can choose to participate in 3 different activities. The activities change from day to day and range from physical activity in the gym or outside to cooking ,art, career readiness, professionals in training (PIT), STEM, character building, and learning healthy lifestyles

What ages are welcome at the club?

The club is open to everyone in 6th - 12th grades. However, most of our club members are middle school students between the ages of 12-15. We try to offer daily activities aimed at appealing to every age group.

Do you provide transportation to and from the club?

Yes. Rides to the club are provided daily from DMS and EHS. Transportation may be available to EMS students during inclimate weather - at the club's discretion.

Rides are provided home each day to those who choose transportation. In order to receive a ride home from the club the student must be present for the full club session or be released for school sports. Due to safety reasons we cannot provide transportation to unregistered students, or students who choose not to attend club for the full length of that day.

Where are you located?

The club address is 603 6th Street, Evanston WY 82930. But you'll probably recognize us as the big white building located next to the skate park, tennis courts and ballfields.

Prior to 2017 we had another location in the city building on 4th street, but thanks to the amazing support of our community - all club activities are housed in/based out of our buildings on 6th now.

How many youth members do you serve?

We have over 300 youth walk through the club doors each year. Our mission is to be a safe haven, and a support arm for the kids of Evanston and their families.

How can I get involved?

There are dozens of ways you can support the Youth Club. Donations are the lifeblood of our organization and all donations are tax deductible. In addition to financial donations, the club accepts new and gently used items such as bikes, tools, sporting goods, just to name a few. Additionally, we have several opportunities throughout the year to volunteer time, services, or expertise to the club. To learn more visit our Get Involved page.
