Back to School Carnival

About the Back to School Carnival
A free annual event ensuring students in the Evanston community start the school year equipped and confident. We provide free backpacks, school supplies, haircuts, sports physicals, and more, along with carnival games, booths, food, and snacks.

Carnival Sponsors: $500
Name on all event signage, promotional booth space at event, advertising on social media and newsletters, certificate of appreciation. -
School Supplies Sponsor/Donor:
Businesses donating backpacks, school supplies, shoes, etc. will receive sponsor recognition and booth space (minimum donation required; contact office for details). -
Volunteers:
We need barbers/stylists for free haircuts and physicians for sports physicals. Organizations providing services for a minimum 2 hour window receive free booth space and a certificate of appreciation.
Casino Night

The Evanston Youth Club’s biggest annual fundraiser! This high-energy event blends casino gaming with fine dining, entertainment, and exciting prizes, all in support of our mission to empower local youth.

About the Winter Festival & Tree Lot
A festive event featuring games, bounce houses, a fire pit, holiday treats, a craft market, and daily visits from Santa and the Grinch. We also sell fresh, hand-harvested Christmas trees at the festival.
